The role
You are the first voice our guests hear. You answer the phone and WhatsApp, send the quotes and confirmations, and plan the day for the drivers so every car is where it should be, on time.
What you bring
- Spanish and English, written and spoken; a third language is welcome
- Two years or more in bookings, concierge or hotel reception
- A calm head when three guests land at once
- Evenings and some weekends, on a shared rota
What we offer
A permanent contract, a shared rota planned a month ahead, and a day in any car in the fleet every year.
